Where is Woodforest Bank Stadium?
Woodforest Bank Stadium (19115 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah , TX 77385) Link to Directions. Located on the northbound side of Interstate 45, Behind the Home Depot and Portofino Shopping Center.
Are there facility restrictions at the stadium?
The use of tobacco and alcohol products is prohibited inside the stadium and on ALL school property including the parking areas.
Private tailgating is permitted in designated areas only. Open flames are not permitted. Patrons are responsible for the safety of themselves and bystanders. Patrons are responsible for disposing of all of their trash. Groups may have private tailgating parties as long as it is not done for commercial/promotional purposes.
Woodforest Bank Stadium strictly prohibits all pets from its facilities; however, working dogs are permitted (handicap aide/companion).
Private tailgating is permitted in designated areas only. See Tailgating Map
Food or drink is NOT allowed in the stadium.
Ball throwing on the grounds and concession areas are not permitted.

Will there be Practice fields available?
Yes. One field in Harpers Landing (Practice Field Directions) (Practice Field Parking/Layout) has been reserved for practice Friday May 6, Saturday May 7 and Sunday May 8.
An electronic system for practice field signup's is available via (Link coming soon). It is first come first served.

We are utilizing the attached JOONERS web site for coaches to sign up for practice slots.
One Practice Field is available at Harpers Landing Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Water will not be provided at practice field

Will Woodforest Bank Stadium be open for scheduled walk thru's on Friday?
Yes, the field has been reserved from 6p-10p Friday night for scheduled 1 hour half fields walk thru sessions. For more information contact your team ambassador. Individual Team Ambassador Assignments will be issued once teams are announced.
Is there a team check in procedure?
Yes. We are requesting that each team send a representative to meet at Woodforest Bank Stadium “Meet and Greet Reception” on Friday, May 7 starting from 6-10pm, for orientation, procedures and to receive the coach and player packets.
Teams arriving by bus for their games should be dropped off at the visitors side of the stadium. Stadium Map Link where player/coach entry is located.
Each team will receive Player Field Access (players must be in jerseys to stand with the team - other players may view the games from the stands). No lanyards or wrist bands will be required for the players, but team must enter at one time and will be counted.
Field and Media Passes
Each team is permitted 10 Field and/or Media Passes. These passes will be distributed to your team representative and/or coach at the Meet and Greet Reception on Friday:
Coaches – 4 All Access passes
Team Trainer – 1 field pass
Team Equipment Manager – 1 field pass
Scorekeeper – 1 field pass ** see note below
Spotter – 1 field pass ** see note below
Team Photographer – 1 field pass
Team Videographer – 1
Media pass – this is optional and they will only be permitted in the press box or video deck area.
No one will be permitted on the field, in the press box or on the video deck without these credentials.

Note: Each team is permitted 2 representatives to sit at the ends of the “Official Score Table” during your game (scorekeeper and spotter). Please provide the names of these 2 representatives so we can issue Field Passes. Email the names of these representatives to Karen Willey: karwilley@aol.com. If you have any questions call her cell 832-722-4701.
If you are not going to have a team representative at the Meet and Greet Reception, please contact Karen Willey IMMEDIATELY (karwilley@aol.com or cell phone 832-722-4701) so arrangements can be made to get you your team information and passes prior to Saturday.
There will NOT be a will call window at the Stadium.
What is the locker room procedure?
Locker rooms will be available. Teams will be allowed access to locker rooms 1 hour prior to the start of your game. The Lockers will be partitioned to provide accommodation for each team.
Each Team needs to vacate their locker room as soon as possible on Saturday and Sunday to make room for the next team. If you plan to arrive at the stadium earlier than one hour prior to your game, plan to keep your equipment bags/sticks on your bus until the locker room is available. Likewise, if you plan to remain at the stadium after your game, you will need to remove your items from the locker room and store them on your bus. Remember to clean up prior to vacating the locker room.
Are Home and Visitor site administrators required?
Yes. As noted in section 19 of the THSLL rules, Site Administrators are required for home and away games. An administrator's primary job is to address crowd control and to be proactive in promoting the ideals of good sportsmanship in the stands. Team site administrators should identify themselves to Tournament officials prior to your team starting their game.
Who runs the scoring table?
The official scorebook and penalty time will be kept at the sidelines by tournament-provided personnel. Each team may have a single team book-keeper and a single spotter at the table for convenience only. The team personnel allowed at the table shall be neutral and not be an active fan or a coach.
Where is fan parking?
Primary parking will be available on the home side at Woodforest Bank Stadium with fan entrance clearly marked. Parking Map
Where is Team bus parking?
There will be a designated loading area on the visitors side of the stadium. After unloading players at visitor gate entrance, buses will be directed to the bus parking location directly behind the visitor stands. Parking Map
How much is admission?
$10 for adults daily
$5 for Students (18 and under) daily
Adults 65+ $5.00 daily
Youth under 5 years of age free.
Youth lacrosse players from 1st-8th grade, in team jersey admitted free!
Can T-shirts be purchased in advance?
T-Shirts will be on sale at the stadium. There is a limited quantity and T-Shirts are available on a first come first serve basis. We are not expecting to sell out of shirts and therefore will not be any discounts given for unsold shirts on Sunday.
Will a game program be available?
The program cost will be $10.00. It will be high gloss, color, and professional quality.

Are credit cards accepted at the gate and for spirit wear?
Yes credit cards will be accepted at the gate for admission. We will accept credit cards for spirit wear and program sales.
Can pictures or video be taken during the games?
Each team will be given ONE sideline field pass pass to be used by your Team Photographer. This pass will be distributed to the team at check-in. The designated team photographer will be allowed on the fan side sideline five yards from the sideline and not beyond goal-line extended. Your team photographer is only permitted on the field during your game. All other photographers may take pictures from the stands, but please be aware that standing at the front railing affects the view of those that are seated behind you and the site administrator will ask those standing at the rails to take a seat. The field of play will not be accessible after the final games for personal photos.
Only those with an All Access or Field Pass will be permitted on the field at any time. The teams will be encouraged to move off the fields where they will be accessible for family photos. The Woodlands High School Boys Lacrosse Club has contracted with Houston Sports Network (which tapes all Woodlands High School Lacrosse games) to provide video taping during the 2011 Texas High School Lacrosse Championships. Who should I contact for a media pass?
Media passes are restricted to actual media representative and allow access to press box, video deck and sponsor area. Media passes will not allow access to the field. Media passes are not intended for use by commercial photographers.
Agreement not to resell photographs taken under the use of a Media Pass will be required.
Credentials will be required and must be approved prior to the event. No passes will be issued the day of the event. For questions related to Media Passes, approval and access, contact Karen Willey @ karwilley@aol.com 832-722-4701.
Is someone selling game and/or team pictures?

What happens in the event of bad weather?
Woodforest Bank Stadium has new generation Field Turf. It is an all-weather surface and games will not be called on account of weather. Bring rain gear.
The tournament will observe NCAA lightning Policy which requires suspension of activities when less that 30 second flash-to-bang occurs. Activities will be suspended for 30 minutes beyond the last 30 second flash-to-bang.
Games may be delayed and played at night if lightning is encountered. Any changes to the posted schedule will be posted to THSLL as soon as possible.
Will there be concessions for sale at the stadium?
Woodforest Bank Stadium does have a concession area.
Will there be other activities?
Sponsors and lacrosse oriented vendors will be on site.
What happens in the event of personal emergencies?
