Where is Friendswood?

Friendswood, Texas is only twenty five minutes South of Downtown Houston. Nearby, there is plenty for tourists to do.  NASA Space Center is just ten miles away and they offer tours.  The Kemah Boardwalk  has rides for all ages; it is a twenty-minute drive East from Friendswood.  Galveston Beach is just thirty minutes South-East and one can enjoy shopping on the strand, or sunning on the beach.  Galveston is also home to the Moody Gardens Resort. Will there be other activities?

Yes, there will be a Speed Shot contest going on during the games with awards and prizes.  The Coast Guard will provide a Helicopter for static display for kids of all ages.  During the tournament there will be activities such as the Dizzy Stick Race and Longest Throw, with prizes awarded.

Will I be allowed to take pictures or film during the games?

Yes; however, you will be restricted to the bleachers.  Only persons with Media Passes will be allowed on the track area sidelines.

Will there be pictures for sale?

Yes, there will be professional photographers taking action shots and posed shots for players and guests.

How much will it cost to get in?

$10 each day for adults and $5 for 18 and under

What will the program cost?

The program cost will be $5. It will be high gloss, color, and professional quality.  To advertize, contact Gary or Lisa Crespo @ 281-482-1615 or lisa@friendswoodtexas.com .  The deadline is April 21st.

What happens if there is Inclement Weather?

THSLL has an inclement weather policy in place.  Any changes will be posted to THSLL.

Will there be Concessions available at the tournament?

Yes; the Friendswood Mustang Lacrosse Boosters will offer concessions.  There will be a variety of snacks as well as hot food items throughout the weekend.  We will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner items for your enjoyment!

Will there be souvenirs for sale?

Yes; there will be heavy-weight T-Shirts with the tournament logo, sturdy 32 oz. commemorative cups, lacrosse balls with the tournament logo, and bumper stickers, all reasonably priced.  To pre-order T-Shirts contact Tiffany Herndon at 832-569-4172 or cntherndon@comcast.net

Will players have to pay to watch other games?

No; players, coaches, and trainers may watch other games at no cost.  They will get a stamp that will be god all weekend.  The THSLL BOD and Coordinators will have a complimentary pass for the weekend.

Will there be enough parking?

Yes and there will be local Boy Scouts and Friendswood Police to direct traffic and parking.
