Hotel Information

With half of the season completed the State Championship Weekend is right around the corner. This year
the THSLL State Championships will be hosted by the Woodlands Lacrosse Club from May 6th
through the 8th, with the games being held in beautiful Woodforest Bank Stadium just north of The
Woodlands in Shenandoah, Texas.

As always the State Championship weekend falls on Mother’s Day weekend. What better way to show
the mom’s in our lives how much we appreciate them by getting away for the weekend and pampering
them with the numerous amenities the City of Shenandoah and The Woodlands have to offer. There are
plenty of shops, spas, and restaurants for mom to enjoy in addition to the wonderful lacrosse games
we’re sure to have.

In order to make your travel planning easier, the Woodlands Lacrosse Club has secured area hotel
sponsors who’ve generously provided very attractive discounted room rates for teams and fans
attending the State Championship Weekend. While there are rooms blocked out for the event, it is
highly encouraged that you make your reservations as soon as possible, as these rooms are limited.
The rooms and special event rate will be held only until Wednesday, May 4th at 5:00 PM. Any rooms
not booked at this time will be made available to the general public at the regular rate.
In order to take advantage of the special event room rate you must contact the hotel of your choice
directly and supply the booking agent with the appropriate four letter booking code. If you don’t call
the hotel directly and do not have the booking code you run the risk of being told that there are no rooms
available or being charged a higher room rate.

The attached document identifies the sponsor hotels including their direct phone numbers, the
discounted room rate, the event booking code and other amenities. In addition there is a map the graphically
depicts the distance of each hotel from Woodforest Bank Stadium.

Whether your team is playing or not we hope to see you in Shenandoah to celebrate Mom and the best
of Texas High School Lacrosse.
